Masterchef finalist shares skills in student masterclass

Oxford's 2018 MasterChef finalist Nawamin Pinpathomrat shared his culinary skills with students at City of Oxford College yesterday. Nawamin Pinpathomrat, who is studying medicine at Oxford University’s Jenner Institute, delivered a masterclass to a group of hospitality and catering students from Banbury and Bicester College and City of Oxford College. During his masterclass, Nawamin prepared the dish called Crab anatomy, a crab served with rice, tempura and a delicious curry sauce. He explained that this was the dish that secured him a place in the Masterchef final. Nawamin’s masterclass was preceded by a Question and answer session, when he explored his passion for cooking and encouraged students to be adventurous and ambitious in the creation of their own signature dishes.
