Celebrity chef Brian Turner will join hospitality and catering students at City of Oxford College on 1 October.
Brian, who rose to fame as a regular on the BBC’s Ready, Steady, Cook, will be preparing a three-course meal for around 50 guests at The Waterside restaurant.
The event is being organised by Clydesdale Bank, for which Brian is an ambassador, and guests will include those from the financial services as well as the local hospitality and catering industry.
Brian, whose career highlights include becoming the first Englishman (with Richard Shepherd) to be awarded a Michelin star, will work with students to prepare and serve the meal. His visit follows a similar event at Reading College earlier this year.
Look out for more information and photos from the event.
